In response to the recent development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to follow the latest advisory and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. We are closely monitoring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the WHO and from State & Central Government.
The Odisha Govt. has made it mandatory for people coming to the state will have to produce an RT-PCR negative report obtained within 72 hours of the entry or the final vaccination certificate w.e.f 12th April 2021.
In light of the current situation, Swosti Grand Bhubaneswar & Gopalpur Palm Resort are already operational. Swosti Chilika Resort will re-open on 1st Sept. 2020 whereas Swosti Premium Bhubaneswar on 1st Oct. 2020 respectively. Restaurants are open for in-house guests, take way & home delivery food to maintain social distancing. Staffs included will also maintain hygiene, hand sanitizer, masks & gloves. We request you to check with the team at the hotel for further details.
We would like to reassure you about any travel plans you may have with us, because we are committed to full flexibility with booking terms and conditions. We have adjusted our policies accordingly. To enhance our support & facilities to our esteemed guests against any reservations currently being held for travel dates till 30th September, 2020, you may choose to cancel these with no penalties. If you have paid booking deposits, you may choose to either hold them with us for future travel until 31st December, 2020 or ask for a refund. Guests must cancel the booking or contact us at least 24 hours before their stay dates for the waiver.

For existing bookings made via any 3rd party travel companies, we request you to contact your respective travel agency, travel planner or online travel agency for assistance with your amendment and cancellation requests.
